She is responsible for all of our processes in Human Resources, People Management, Talent Management, and Culture Development. Annmarie Fairweather is a Human Resources Leader with over 30 years of knowledge. She worked with top executives in various industries to help improve the performance of their businesses, particularly during rapid growth. She is a trusted consultant who has assisted in translating enterprise goals and strategies to business and people strategy through the management of change and engagement for employees. She's passionate about education and sees the development of teams and leaders as the ultimate competitive advantage. Through her extensive work experience working in Fortune 500 as well as smaller and mid-sized businesses in the development and coaching of leaders and achieve result, she was able to help create corporate cultures that promote the concept of learning, innovation and transformation. While Annmarie is inspired to invest her talents and time to support Learning Ally's mission she provides assistance to a number of non-profit organisations in her spare time. They include participating as an member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization dedicated to supporting women in their development as leaders providing training for members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership association that is based in North America with the specific mission to provide training in networking and advocacy specifically targeted at hospitals and hospitality facilities, as well as supporting Shatterproof as a nonprofit national organization dedicated to reversing the epidemic of addiction across the United States in educating communities to support those who are affected by the illness of addiction. Addiction is a disease that affects every one of us.
