Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness shows when she was just 16 years old. She won her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She began competing in fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. A year later, at the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card. In 2015 she continued the same path as she did in the previous year, competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance she competed throughout her career and setting more ambitious goals every year. In 2009, four more fitness titles were added to her list. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel had a long break when she earned her Professional card so that she could earn her college degree. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel made a successful comeback at Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the end, she placed 3rd in the competition. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In three months she appeared on the stage at the Olympia in which she won sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely zero expectations prior to the event, was delighted with the result. Ariel was competing with some of the world's top athletes. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel's favorite body part to exercise is her back. Her exercises for strengthening her back are bent-over row on the machine that use single arm lat pull-downs. Ariel will warm-up prior to working on the sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of her time. Supersetting all of the back exercises into three to four 10- 12 repetition supersets is exactly what she does.
